Catherine Mwansa Kanjela Mpandamwike (Mrs)

Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Mpandamwike brings over 34 years of experience of which 24 years have been specifically in the insurance industry, having worked at ZISC since 1986 and serving in various leadership roles. She holds various insurance qualifications and certifications obtained from Zambia and UK.

She has ensured that AXA’s customers are consistently provided with products and services that meet their satisfaction and as far as possible exceed those expectations.

Mr. Otis Siame

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Siame has over 15 years in leadership roles, having worked at Corptech Investment Limited as Chief Executive Officer for 11 years and at Necor Zambia as Head of Sales and Marketing for 4 years. He also worked as Production Manager at Parmalat Zambia.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Zambia and a Business Administration Degree from the University of Greenwich. He is charge of day-to-day running of the business.

Dr. Kelvin Malupande

Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years in ICT and Business Process Management, Dr. Malupande is in charge of all innovations at AXA and ensuring that all Business Processes are aligned with current business and advanced IT needs. He is in charge of digital channels that makes us connect to our clients and also ensuring that customer expectations are met. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration and an MBA in Business Informatics, also a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the EIZ and the IEEE.
